You're 9?
xDDD
Age does not matter.
What matters is the amount of practice which determines how well the person draws.

And you're drawing is okay. Though it seems your just outlining, as in there's no planning at first. Some simple plans in the beginning will help with placement and proportions. You know, the circles and the lines, that kinda thing. Study anatomy and practice.

Also, try not to put yourself down so much, it looks too much like you're just trying to get compliments.
I see that pretty peacock doggy, I drew him for you in one of your contests my dear.

Don't put yourself down, (Lots of artists do that though xD) I used pen to draw everything and I started out pressing the pen hard on the paper with out even doodling a rough draft, and I found out that rough draft helps A BILLION. xD Like Wert said it truely is about practice I can't stress that enough the more you practice the more skills you learn. And before you know it, you have many drawing skills. And anatomy, I'm even still working on anatomy. But it truely helps.
