So, I just need to vent about this because its just been so frustrating and annoying I need more than just myself to know about it, haha.

So, this summer has been awful in terms of my health, comfort and social life.

Summer started off well with my mother and I going to Paris for 8 days and doing touristing things since it was our first time going there. On the second last day, I got a cold. No big deal, that has happened before me. The 7 hour plane ride home was awful, the small television screens on the plane stopped working for my mother and my seats, along with the row in front and behind us. So we had 7 hours to sit and stare at other peoples heads since we were in the middle section.

Anyway, we landed, I'm still sick.

I don't get better. And needless to say, I don't go out to see people because I don't feel well enough. I just keep hoping I get better. I don't.

In fact, three or four weeks later, my glands swell up and my tonsils swell up and my throat becomes VERY painful. I go to a doctor and they take a swab of my throat and guess what? I have strep throat! So I get a prescription for penicillin and am told it should take 2-3 days to get better.

It doesn't.

In fact, on the fourth day, I actually felt as thought it had gotten worse. So on the fifth day, I go back to the doctor and they say that the strep throat must already be immune to the type of penicillin I was taking, so I was given a stronger one. However, they also say that it might be something else, so they take a blood sample to do a blood test. I had a bad nurse, so it took three tries before they got a vein, and I got a bruise because she hit a vein and didn't even know it.

On day 8, I feel as though I've gotten better. However, I also find out that I have mono. WTF. Mono can takes months to go away and there is nothing you can do to get rid of it as it is a viral infection. I was supposed to get lots of bed rest and not do very much. I'm also not supposed to engage in physical sports because if my spleen is enflamed and I get tackled or something, my spleen could burst and I could die! YAY!

The major problem is, I was supposed to start my new job right around that time. So I start the job and the main thing I'm doing is helping them pack up because they're moving. I do that. I'm not supposed to, because I have every little energy during the day, but I do it anyway.

Anyway, over this past weekend I had been feeling much better. Almost back to normal.

But then...

I get the worst toothache I have ever experienced. It keeps me up at night and is a constant throbbing pain. What makes it all worse is it's all my dentists fault! I used to have a strange formation on two of my teeth (the molar behind the bottom canines) so my dentist felt it was necessary to file it away so my teeth would be more "normal". These teeth had never caused me any problems before. As soon as he filed down the teeth, one of them became somewhat sensitive, occasionally causing me a sharp pain. However, it was infrequent and I never thought much of it.

Until this week. The pain never stops, it keeps me up at night so I've only slept a total of 6 hours in the past 48! I went to the dentist and they took an x-ray of the tooth but apparently there is nothing wrong with it. WHAT. How can there be nothing wrong with it when it causes me this much pain? God, I hate my dentist. Extra strength Advil does nothing to help the pain, either. They say it's because I grind my teeth and because the tooth is very sensitive. IT IS SO SENSITIVE IT'S SENSITIVE TO AIR.

So that has been my summer so far. It SUCKS!
:P

Haha, sorry that was long, but I just wanted to get that all out.
