Critique my story! (Right place to post?) o_o

It was the year 1998. Dozens of kids come to the Clarksburg Arcade after school daily. Boasting eighteen addictive arcade games and a very popular snack stand, it was famous for one game and one game only: Worms. Worms is a game in which you control a worm that starts out short then grows larger and larger as you collect apples scattered around the game screen. You have to avoid hitting rotten apples or else you lose one of your three lives. All the kids at Kennedy say that once you start playing it, you can’t stop. It is said to be the most addictive game in the state of Ohio. People who play the game are called “Wormersâ€

    Well, you jump around with the perspectives alot if you ask me. I can't seem to remember which ones are called which, but "come" insinuates that it's the main character speaking or such, when the first person was in a view that insinuates it being an omniscent view.
