Fourm/VP Pet Peves? ;-;

Ok, I've noticed lots of ittsy bittsy things lots of people do on VP, that abusolutley....DRIVE ME INSAINE *blows up*. Ok, don't tell me about how irrational my peve's are that's why they're pet peves. :U Ok, First one, OAKs, OAKs = Of A Kind`s, for some reason it bugs me so much when I see "OAKS AUCTION!!", because I don't think they realize, what OAKs Means. I don't want to post on they're auction because people may be bidding, and I don't want to messege them because it's kind of rude in my perspective. But they are NOT called OAKS They are Called Gifties!! When you say "I'm auctioning OAKs," your saying "I'm auctioning of a kinds," which, that may not be annoying to some people, but it really bugs me. They may be new to the forums, and not understand the lingo, but if you've been here forevers and you started calling them OAKs, I don't undertand it... ;-; Second, Cockney on the forums. When people type in cockney, I don't understand a word of it ussally, I love the UK, and I love the way cockney is spoken, because I understand it better, and it's ussally hilarious. I wonder if that's how people feel about me when I talk to other people from other states, because supposily I have a "Chicagoian" Accent. I don't know how that sounds, but whatever. That aside, I don't understand Cockney on the forums, and I don't think people in the UK, type in cockney. I don't mind small stuff, but when it's a full out sentence. I'm like ;_______; . Lastly, If you do any of this stuff, hey, freedom of speech, this is just what I think. ;D I just think it was time that I posted a pet peve's post! Thank You. *bows*

What is cockney? o.0 lmao And is it just 'auctioning off oaks!' or is it also 'auctioing a 4oak!'? Cause I do the second one sometimes. But the first one is a little silly. It annoys me when people use it for regular dog breeds. 'Selling 1023 oak! Color is white' or something like that. >.< I didn't start OAK to use for regular colors..I thought it was more reserved for gifties. Oh wells..I'm just surprised it caught on like that.

The second one is tottally fine, and dosen't bug me in the least. xD And I can't stand when people are like "10000000000 OAK for sale!!" I think past a certian point it's not that special anymore. xD ikr, I thought OAK was for gifties, I thought color didn't matter that much if it was a regular dog. ;C; Oh, and Cockney is the accent british people have Tarn. xDD

how do people type cockney? i worried that i might be annyoing chibs :P which i wouldnt want to do.. only i dont leave that close to london.. only something like 30 miles <-- is that cockney? im reallys worried.. i gets fustrated with myself when people talk in american language.. like 'grades' and stuff... and im like :? what does that means? i think im beginning to get the hang of stuff though :P

Lol, what annoys me is when people send me adds saying rare dogs for sale! When they aren't rare at all. When a breed is just a little bit hard to find for sale, people automatically assume it is "rare." :roll: Kinda off topic, but also when they send stuff like "Dog for sale, almost fully trained!" When the dog's training is like, no stat maxing, 25 working, 91 discipline, 10 sport and 17 showmanship. It annoys me so much. :x

Omfg, I accendentally posted like a bunch. xD And I mean like they use a ton of UK lingo, and they're from the US. I'm like ??? Especially when your from the US, I don't know why it's so fun to use UK lingo. xD If your from the UK it's the way people talk. Oh, and don't you call them like "Grade 8" and I'd say "eigth grade"? it's hard to explain. xDD

well.. we call them years :P its complicated.. then at secondary school (11+) they kinda become grades like... 1st 2nd, ect. untill you get to sixth.. when it becomes lower sixth then upper sixth.. :shock: even i get confused alot.. and i live here

Does anyone remember Conroy? She was like, a master at cockney. Loved talking to her when i could understand what she said! Of course, everyone has an accent. but if your from the US, don't try and copy someones culture! :P

It used to tick me off when people typed "eh" at the end of like every single word in their post... it's not as bad anymore, but when I first got on the forums I noticed it a lot. I wasn't sure if that's how they actually spoke in their accent, or if they just thought it was "funneh."

I type how I talk. xD I use 'eh' and stuff of the short. Maybe too often. Lol I don't know x3 So I's sorry if I was one annoying Chibbers xD --then my pet peeve are random ads. Especially if it is pasted everywhere visible to the eye "DO NOT SEND ME ADVERTISEMENTS!" Aha.

Pet peeve of the day: When people enter a banner contest and say I worked hard on it I hope I win. EVERYONE works hard on contest banners. Its like come on.
