First attempt in years!

It's so sucky. Yuck! I HATE it. I could really use some advice. lol I have Photoshop Elements 4.0. I've had it a few years but I haven't messed with it in probably 2 years. <br><br>The crop really sucks. I could have done better. I know. After I added the picture in, I could not do anything else. It is like... I don't know. It just wouldn't let me add anything. I know I'm doing something wrong. lol<br><br>So, first try in years.
