That wasn't very nice. I make themm ON MY OWN TIME and people pay well for them. You don't have to say those aren't pro, a lot of people just get a layout off a website. I'm in 7th grade, why exactly would I take college classes? ):<

Pro means you are currently making a living from selling them for real cash. You should call them what they ARE.

I can understand why you were offended. But you have improved. Other than that, I don't sell my work in RL but call myself professional, 1. I'm tad to young & 2. I just wouldn't want to bother xD So other than make my schools club web pages, helping my aunts online job webpage layouts. I'm not professional like go through college for years, but I have payed for online college classes & have gone to paid classes at my school, I would consider that professional. Only problem now is I need my photoshop again Dx

You haven't listened to a thing everyone has said. :roll: Professional means that you make a living off of them and went to school (whether it be online or in an actual school environment) to learn about them. It doesn't matter a damn bit if people like them and pay well for them. You have improved, but they won't be professional until you go to school for graphic design or the whatnot. I'm taking college classes next year, not so that I can call them professional, but so that I can get help to learn what I don't already know. I make mi money off of art for others (real money, like USD) and also on here. I still don't call them professional because I haven't taken classes yet. That's all professional is, taking a class for a certain thing. Then you can call them professional. And that shouldn't have been taken offensively, it was to let you know so that you don't call them the wrong thing. I get bad comments on mi artwork constantly, I also get good comments about how good it is. There's no reason to get offended because someone gave you a tidbit of advice or a bad comment. And if you don't want someone to say something bad about your work-don't ask for comments on it, like ily said.

And-most artists do know what it's like when people "trash talk" your hard work. It's happened to every good artist there has been since we came into existance.

Man, does everything turn to an argument now-a-days? Snickers made a mistake and called them pro not knowing what it meant, no one died. Sheesh! VP used to be so happy, now everyone gets all mad. Anyways, I like them. The layouts are a bit plain, though Explore the program you use for banners/ minaps. I'm sure it does more stuff than you know ; )

Vampy-- calm sweetheart. As snickers said she/he didn't know. Lolo-- i remember that, but times have changed alot, its annoying. >.< Snickers-- people around here aren't always the calmest bunch. You can definately tell that you are improving quite well with both your banners and your pics. Keep playing with things and they will begin to look -even more- proffessional.

Your signatures wonderful! I really like it ; ) keep up work like that. And as for the pro/not pro topic. These WOULD be pro pictures and such, if you used the to make your living on VP. They'd just be "VP pro" ; ) Hope that clears it up a bit. Ooops, Avla already discussed this for me. everyone just calm down a bit, and take time to explain things.

It took me a long time to get to where I am in graphics. :] Lots of practice, tutorials, frustration, and experimenting. xD Just keep working at it and make sure to look up tutorials. Oh! And download new brushes and fonts. I know they always help lots.
