So I always thought I didn't get poison Ivy or Oak. I had too much Indian. Wellp, I was wrong. I have poison oak all over my lower back and about three inches under my waist line. Gah. It eetches. Sooo bad.
and I am just starting to look like I have an Indian nose. : P I need to trace my heritage.

Another thing.(warning, sob story about puppy in road) We were picking up the tubes for the river from my grandma's house. We didn't see anything when we drove there, but she's out in the country where people let their dogs roam. So when we were driving back, we saw a dog in the road. Laying down. We swerved it and came back to see if it was really dead. It was infront of a house, conveniently. So we pull into the drive and knock on the door before we check the dog out. Two country looking men. And I thought, "Oh no. They're country. The dog will be barely alive and we'll be able to take it to the vet, but they'll shoot it and put it out of it's misery." Well, they were REAL sweet. They ran out and looked at it. It was not breathing. It was mid-pant. It was still warm. It looked like it was going to start wagging it's tail and walking if you know what I mean. It was flexible. It had happened like 3 minutes before. It was male(with a pink collar.) My heart sank. Why can't the idiots keep the dogs with the horses that have a few acres to run safely in? Why do you have to put two women(well, my mom says I'm still a kid so a woman and a girl. ;-;) through something like that?! Who is STUPID enough to let a dog roam on a road that some people have to take home from work? It's GONNA happen and a TWO YEAR OLD might have found it. It looked in-tact and alive so a two year old would prolly think it was alive and talk to it until they got the idea. I mean toddlers and kids are allowed to walk to their ma-maw's house down the street here. Gah. It would be devistating if this 10 year old I know there was walking her 3 year old sister down to their aunts to feed the horses and saw it! >.< It wasn't as hard for me, because I've worked at the shelter. But still, It's sad. And these people never learn.
