• *drums fingers*

pretty much anything but lurlene mcdaniel. They are sad but amazing books.

All The Days Of Her Life is my favorite :P
Out of control - that's how Lacey Duval feels in almost every aspect of her life. There's nothing she can do about her parents divorce, there's nothing she can do about the death of her young friend, there's nothing she can do about having diabetes - that's what Lacey believes.
After a special summer at Jenny House, Lacey is determined to put her problems behind her. When she returns to high school, she is driven to become a part of the in crowd and win the attention of gorgeous Todd Larson. But Lacey thinks fitting in means losing weight and hiding her diabetes. She starts skipping meals and experimenting with her medication - sometimes ignoring it all together.
Her friends from the summer caution her to face her problems before catastrophe strikes. Is it too late to stop the destructive process Lacey has set in motion?

Then The Girl Death Left Behind is a close second.
Beth must face adult-sized dilemmas when a car accident claims the lives of her immediate family. Within a few hours, she faces a new family, new house, and a new school. Living with her spoiled cousin only adds to her despair. This story charts the efforts of Beth's caring Aunt Camille and Uncle Jack as they help her through the worst time of her life. Always on the brink of tears, Beth finds the strength of character to make new friends and touch the lives of those around her. Readers familiar with McDaniel's writing will be satisfied with the heart-tugging plot. Those who find tears welling up will be thankful for the periods of built-in respite. The writing, infused with imagery and nuance, lends an air of sophistication to the formulaic story line.

The Immortal Secrets of Nicholas Flamel. The author is like.. a mythology professor and the way he uses the characters and all the mythical creatures is so AMAZING! He weaved it all together so amazingly and even used historical preferences like the bubonic plague and the great fire in london.. and has mysterious BUT REAL places.. like The catacombs under london.. PURE AMAZING
I'll have to go find that one for sure. ^^ and of course the others also, because I too, am out of books. :( I've been reading ones over like 5-8 times. >.> -eye twitches a little-
but here's a list of what I've read that I really liked..most are about vampyres/vampires though. (I'm kinda obsessed..kinda researching it..kinda living it? if ya know what I mean) and so, the actual list before I start rambling:::

The Vampire Diaries-I think L.J. But they're pretty good if you enjoy the..real life, history type of things. -nods head- I might be back with all the other's that I've read (about 500-580 in the past school year so probably not all of them. xD )

oh! one more:
Wild Magic and the rest of the series-Tamora Pierce
actually two:  well, not actually a book but anything by Tamora Pierce is pretty good..actually it is two. Trickster's Choice and Trickster's Queen by her too. ^^ very good.

now-I think that's all. xD

the girl is a telepath who falls in love with a vampire and there are werewolves and shapeshifters and all that jazz im not so sure about demons or faries though
    25im1qd.png
  • the telepath has a family of fairies living in her house, and when they get mad they're wings turn black from fluttering so hard or something. in the book i read she sold her soul to a demon and is constantly having to battle with him. i'm pretty sure it's the same series. the book i read, the female vampire was in love w/her but she was kind of dating a male. sounds so lame to type this but it's a really good book lol.
