Okay, random mini-rant. I just hate how people listen to one, ONE SINGLE TINY OUT OF LIKE 30, song and consider the band their favorite! It just got to me, I asked my friend if she's heard of this band I've been listening to lately, and she said it was her favorite. So I asked her about her favorite songs and whatnot. She goes, "Oh, well...... I only know the song _______." -_________________-; That's so..frustrating! And then I had her listen to 3 of their other songs, and she goes, "Well....those were really bad I don't like them anymore." Oh.My.God. //facepalms// I don't even know what to say anymore -_- hah. end of short rant.

Hehe, I hear ya! I usually just make a smart ass comment back to them saying like, "so, you like their SONG. . . No band? Shame. . .." I can be evil :twisted:

That really bugs me too. >.> And it annoys me when you've been listening to a band for like 3+ years, and they're sorta underground and nobody really knows of them, then they get a single out and it hits the radio and EVERYONE is now obsessed with that song, not the band, but THAT song. Then they play the song 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times over and over again, and it makes you hate the song because they've run it into the ground. Then everyone's like 'OMG have you heard this -new- song by -blahblah-?!' YES, IT'S AN OLD SONG DUMMY, THAT ALBUM CAME OUT IN 2007! -_-

Lol. I appreciate my music to the fullest. And lately they've been uncovering bands like Shinedown, Framing Hanley, and Kings of Leon, and it's like, nobody knew about them before, but everyone's obsessing now. Like I saw Shinedown live a year and a half ago before they ever released Second Chance on the radio. And I was listening to Framing Hanley when they were still Embers Fade. :roll:

I'm in love with Owl City xD I love all their songs xD and the one time I put a few songs from Owl City on my myspace everyone puts them on theirs and are like "OMG I'm their biggest fan". o.o yeah. It makes me mad xD

That happened to Slipknot. With Psychosocial >_> It ticked both Logan and I off, cus it's an '07 song. I've seen really expensive stores with Slipknot merch. Along with Spencers lol.
