i need help,

okay, so i'm trying to get one of my cousins started up on here,<br>but everytime she enters in her username, pasword, etc and presses enter,<br>it just brings her back to the "do you agree to the terms of service" page.<br>why won't it let her sign in?

    <br><br>well, the first user name she choose said that it was already taken,<br>so we tried one with numbers in it and made it harder but it kept going back to the same page.
