I'd like to learn how to make layouts as I've now learned how to use GIMP for banners. Can anyone teach me how to make the layouts? Thanks guys!

My popup blocker blocked them so I don't know if they do anything but the site was helpful!

mine blocked one and then i got like 5. >.> oh well, i guess ill just have to stick to buying them until i actually get someone to teach me in person (maybe mi dad's friend that's an IT)
