I have eight pets, so here it goes.
(Pictures will be coming!)
(Hopefully...)

The dogs:

Molly
Molly is a black lab mix that is turning 6 in a couple of weeks. We got her from a shelter when she was a puppy the day out previous dog, Mandy, was put down due to a tumor. (I know that some people take a long time before they're ready for a new dog, but when we say Molly we fell in love with her, and having a new puppy helped us get over the sadness of Mandy dying.) Anyways, Molly is very smart and friendly and I love her to pieces. If we call the dogs inside and Dixie doesn't come, we say "Go get Dixie!" and she runs away, then comes back with Dixie following her.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Pictures\Kodak Pictures\2007-09-28\100_1186.jpg

Mia
Mia was a Jack Russel Terrier that is no longer with us. We got her from the same shelter as Molly, when Molly was about two years old, but she was aggresive, and my sister was only a toddler at the time, so we couldn't keep her.

Thankfully, the shelter owner promised to find her a good home with no children and let us choose another dog for free. That's how we got....

Dixie
Dixie is another black lab that's about five. The shelter owner said she was found walking along the streets heavily pregnat and a lady found her and took her in. But she couldn't keep her because she lived in an apartment, so she gave her to the shelter. Dixie's biggest pleasures in life are playing fetch and eating. She also enjoys cuddling with Molly and following my dad around everywhere.

The Cats:

Mittens
Mittens is the cuddliest cat around. In fact, she just got down form snuggling with me. She mews at you until you pick her up, and likes to climb on my dad's shoulders. She acts just like a baby. When we moved, the only way she would use the litter box was if my mom picked her up, carried her down there and stood there with her.

Megan (AKA Meg)
We got Meg for my Great-Grandma, but she died a while later so we took Meg in. She's a really small cat, and she's not as cuddly as Mittens, but she sleeps with me every night.

The Rabbits:

Snickers
My bunny. He's almost two. He's also a real escape artist. He got out of his hutch once, and I came to feed them and he was gone. I was really upset. It was late at night and it was raining out, but we still looked for him, and my dad found im behind the barn. He got out 2 times after that, but didn't go far, because of a fence around him. Now with a new and improved hutch, he's been staying inside.

Muffin
My little sister's rabbit and Snicker's brother. He's more laid back and calm and cuddly then Snickers.

Then we also have two betta fish. My little sister's, Midnight, (an odd name for a fish I know) and mine, Poptart. (An even odder name.)

Sorry that was so long, here's a cookie if you read it! Pics coming!
