I think everyone should be able to use the BarkPark BUT. They have to use it correctly (e.g. no using for giving out *edit*no other sites!* or any personal info) or else they're banned from it, just like chat. Like, you get warnings. An OP will message you telling you not to do da da da... Wwarning 1 and so on. Once you get 5-6 warnings, you're banned forever. Huh? Huh? Like itt? :D

    No, the OPs said many times that Novices will not be allowed to post again on the bark park. This is just like the rules they had before and it didn't stop people. It created more work.
