I'm surprised I haven't really seen one of these. Normally its just someone asking for suggestions for an ipod or something. So I thought this would be a good idea. I know there are many music lovers out there. Feel free to talk about things like -Pop -Rock -Rap -R&B -Country -Alternative -Other music catagories -Discussing the meaning of certain lyrics -Ipod facts (like how many songs you have or how many of each catagory you have) -And everything else music and vp appropriate. ^-^ To start things off, I gotta say I loves the rock and alternative music. -Rise Against -Shinedown -Breaking Benjamin -Disturbed -Foo Fighters -The Offspring etc

And according to my ipod..I have -89 alternative & punk songs -81 alternative songs -1 comedy (weird al..lmao) -5 country -11 metal -67 pop -1 punk rock (no clue how that is different from the first two genres) -158 rock -3 soundtrack For those who dont know how to get this..on itunes you click to view your library and then click the 'genres' button along the top. I have a newer version of itunes and that's how it works on mine.

Ohh current song playing, good idea! ;D Playing: Ready to Fall-Rise Against I haven't heard of some of those. But Three Days Grace and Three Doors Down get my thumbs up! Oh and Blink-182. And Metallica..that speaks for itself. They are epic. lol Which songs do you like from The Offspring?

Most of them. My favourite song of all of them though; would have to be Hit That. erm. Alanis Morisette and Beth Hart have similar music; they are like an older version of Lily Allen basically. Sing about their lives and dont give a crap what others think. Alter Bridge is awesome. The song Broken Wings is my favourite. Live and the Angels are very old bands and were around when my dad was a teenager; although we still have the albums and I love em. Am I ever going to see your face again? sounds a little familiar. They defanitely do sound older. I could probably get into both those bands. Am I ever going to see your face again? seems like good driving music with the windows down sorta thing. lol. And The Dam at Otter Creek is strange but I bet if I listen to more things by Live..it could grow on me. They also sound familiar somehow.. Those three I like off their new album. Apparently Offy are touring soon? I really hope they come to Oz. Id love to see them live. :shock:

For sure. They are coming to my area around June 22nd or so. I am going to miss them. I am gone out of state at camp then unfortunately. I am excited for Rise Against concert next week though. It's exactly a week from now.

And I got their new cd over the weekend. Haven't fully listened to it yet since I had gotten 4 new cds total.

lmao long list. I haven't heard a lot from there. Here's the ones I have heard of: -Metallica (excellent) -Mudvayne (I only know maybe 1-2 songs) -Bullet for my Valentine (Only have Tears Don't Fall, 10 Years Today, and Scream Aim Fire) -Atreyu (Only have Falling Down) -Hollywood Undead (don't like them) -Slipknot (Have one of their cds) And I think my friend likes lamb of god. And most my pop songs are like Lifehouse, 3 doors down, three days grace, nickelback, chevelle, daughtry. I got some of those from the Now: Now that's what I call music! cds and those are all catagorized as pop for some lame reason.

xD Well if you really want to know, I'll check. ... My music is a bit disorganised and apparently I've got 166 genres. Most of them aren't actually genres are have just been labelled weirdly. The main ones are: Rock - 952 songs Pop - 231 songs Other - 506 songs Unknown - 729 songs I've got a lot of classical, country, grunge and heavy metal too, but those are all split into smaller genres with under 200 songs in eachso I won't bother with them. All up I have... 4047 songs. My parents have a massive CD collection, most of which I've listened to growing up and love, so those are on there, as well as a few of mine of course ^.^
