I'm so depressed. My boyfriend is leaving for Tennessee today for 16 days. I'll barely be able to text or talk to him on the phone because he can't find his phone charger, but hopefully he will get one on the way. Last night I talked on the phone with him on his mom's phone for like 2 hours and I amost cried because I'll miss him so much.He told me he loved me like 20 times. He will be missing my 13th birthday party and my birthday itself. I'm also nervous because he'll be seeing his ex and I hope she doesn't pull anything on him or I swear to God I'm gonna to friggin Cincinatti and beat her up myself. :evil: I know we sound young for a relationship, but I don't care what people think about me. I'm so sad.

imho, if he really loves you you shouldn't be worried about him seeing his ex. 16 days isn't very much.

i agree with reina. it's not a life or death situation. it's only 2 weeks. and your in what? middle school? why does he needs to see his ex in the first place?

I agree with the previous two posts. xD My boyfriend/fiance's off into the Navy in as little as a few months (he'll be missing my 18th birthday =p) and he'll be gone for six years. xD Also, I'm not gonna mention ages 'cause I think age means very little for relationships, but two weeks is nothing. =D If this is the first time you've been apart, it may be tough, but just think of how exciting and amazing it'll be when he comes back. =D

Poor Kazz =[ my boyfriend is off to the Navy in about a year or so... but lucky me I get to go with him, yay a sailors wife's life for me... haha, I dunno what I would do if i couldn't >.< can't you go with him too? 2 weeks will fly by Kelsey =]

Nah. xD It'll be good for him. =3 I support the man. xD It'll give me time to get through college and all that fun stuff And eksi, we considered it, but it'd be easier for me to stay put until I'm done with my schooling. xD We'll probably get married sometime soon, so I can visit him on-base if he's stationed in Cali.

My boyfriend just left an hour ago for Florida. He will be gone for 2 and half weeks or so. I know its not that long and all and of course I'll miss him. This will be the first time we will actually be apart and not able to see each other. Wow Kaz I don't think I could do that. I mean I probably could do it if I absolutely had to but I like knowing that he is a few minutes away. I hope the years fly by for you. I know they probably will. The years seem to go faster as we get older for some reason.

that would really suck. and you can only stick to letters right? my friends boyfriend is in the navy and they had to stick with letters, and they sometimes got a time card so he could call home. my boyfriend lives eight hours away from me and i only get to see him once a year, during the summer.

Kaz-- I definitely feel for you dear. A guy that i've known for -years- (pretty much my older brother) left for the navy about a year ago. He's been home three times for vacation leave. but i can tell you that he's not the same person as when he left. All he did was go through Boot and i guess AIT training but when he came back... he's wasn't who i ever thought he was. If i had the chance to go, i would. Just so that you can change with eachother... Leaving for 6 years and coming back to someone, even if you love them, would be hard. Seeing as you're both going to mature and change and some of the things that change about him you may hate, and vise versa. I would think it would be easier to change together. That's just my way of looking at it. On the other hand, i've got another friend who i didn't know near as well, but he left a little over a year ago into the Navy and he still seems to be the same person when we're out places together, but you never know how he is at home and around other people. I really hope that it works out for you Kaz dear =D

He gets phone calls and such. xD And he gets 1month vacation leave every year... *facepalm* If he's in Cali (6-8hours away) I can see him more often, but if he's in Japan like he wants to be... Yeah. That's gonna be tough. xD But shorter times seem to stretch longer. xD I get upset if I can't see him for a week and a half (even though we usually go a week without seeing each other) but six years doesn't phase me much. As he put it: "I'll buy you TWO puppies. That way, you'll be too busy to notice I'm gone. =D"

True true, yeah I'll be going to tafe next year, to do a subject i missed out on in highschool then the year after will be the start of a uni course so by the time i finish tafe ill be ready to start uni but ina new place... I guess it just works out... I wish it did for you, I wouldnt know what to do if i couldnt go...
