The Sims 3 comes out in 6 days! -zooms around the room- I can't wait, although the only computer I can set it up on is super slow. Meh >.< Anyone else buying it?[/i]

I would but I broke my laptop and I promised my dad I wouldnt install it on the family computer. So no Sims for me xD Plus I'll feel like I wasted all my money on the Sims 2 and buy all the expansion packs(That is what they're called, yes? xD) Let me know how great it is and maybe Ill get to buy it...after I buy a new laptop ;D

I know, its hard to ditch Sims 2, but Sims 3 looks amazing! I try not to think what else I could spend $50 on, but its what I have been saving up for so it doesn't bug me too much.

OMG! I KNOWWW! me so excited. I can't wait till it comes out. My cousin was fast forwarding through a show of hers and i was watching everything that flew by and there was a split second of the sims commercial and I yelled "WAITT, STOP!" I shot out of the couch and grabbed the remote out of her hand and rewound it to the commercial and screamed throughout the whole thing. Gah. It looks so cool. And then my dad looked at me and he was like...disgusted. I don't understand. Wait, no. He doesn't understand that Sims is fun.

Zomg. I so cant wait. Although Im in the Oz, I dont know if the date its released is different or not. I could install it on the family computer, but dad is angry at me because I ruined his mouse with training.

So I dont think Ill be able to do that.

And I dont think my laptop would be able to handle it - although Ill still try.

lol. i told my dad about when i got home this afternoon; he said i can put it on his computer, but i have to try it on mine first. i think ill end up loading it on both; dads computer has nothing on it now anyway, so i dont know why i shouldnt be able too! :x

ill prob buy it XD its £39.99 in eng! most sims games now are laptop friendly, so ill delete sims lifestories + install sims 3.. i asked my mum if i could buy it and she said 'is it educational' and i was like o.0.. yes.. XD

I told my mom & dad it was coming out and I forgot that it was already going to be June next week, and they just stared blankly at me like, "Where have YOU been?" They're fine with me getting it as long as I don't get myself hooked on it and I have to pay for it myself. I don't have any monies right now ;_; But! Dad said if I swept the shop floor, I get $5 each time I do it. Which means, it the game is $50.00, I only have to do it 10 times! Which means I could have it in a matter of 10 days from when it comes out!

I'm so excited! <33 I might even be able to get it sooner because I can do other stuff than just sweep, too.

o.o I just realized I'm 4 days off of when it should be being released, I thought it was June 6th, but it's June 2nd?! And in the UK, it's supposed to be June. 5th... :D Now everyone's got me all hyped up. I read on a column (not sure if it's true) that EA just pushed the release date back because they wanted to build more hype. HELLO! Ever since I knew there was another sims coming out I've been excited! xD

OMG. I JUST REALIZED HOW CLOSE IT IS. I'm going to ask my mom and dad to split the cost. Because, it would seriously take me months to save up that much. I have like no way of making money. xD I'm SOOO excited!

o.o xD Weirdo. Lol. I don't mind it, I just hate toilets. I like cleaning, period. Simple stuff like tidying up, putting things away = WHYY? I DON'T WANT TO! Actual gettin' down and scrubbing floors is just more fun and I have more interest doing it xD Dunno why. OMG OMG OMG! hehe. woo! im so excited. i can buy it next thursday! :twisted: i miss the first sims - we had all the expansions; my favourite was Unleashed and Makin Magic. The second was a lot better graphic-wise, but it was a lot slower too. I think we only ever bought a few of those expansions or borrowed them from family. [mums side of the family are like .. sims mad. its funny!] YAY! :P

The Sims 2 is a WHOLE LOT slower than the first version. I had Makin' Magic, Unleashed, Vacation, House Party, and I think it was called Superstar? Not sure. But I loved it.

Of the original, I used to have... the one you needed, Unleashed, Makin' Magic, and... that's it. Unleashed was my favorite. The puppies were so cute & liiiiiitle! xD Heh heh. I love how much better the Sims 2 is, and I didn't think there would be a sims 3 it was so good. But now of course there is, and there's the hype again. xD I want it so badly.

I think they're making it look better than it really is, as usual, though.
