so, i had another one of my accounts upgraded,<br>it was by snail mail,<br>paypal wasn't working at the time.<br>and so i've been wating for over a month now,<br>i sent in a ticket,<br>nef did reply a day or two ago asking for the account #,<br>i gave it,<br>but she hasn't replied since.<br>what to do now?
