RIP bunneh T~T

i started out with 4 californian rabbits to show. I showed them and 3 were female and i had 1 male. I ended up giving one of the females away cuz 4 was way too many but then it got hot in Texas and my other 2 females had heart attacked/heat strokes T~T so now i have my male left. The last female just died and it was really sad so now ive decided to keep the male inside and litter box train him. Anyone have any tips about how i should keep him happy inside? or any tips on litter box training?

    <span style="font-size:75">I'm so sorry for your loss! When it gets hot here and Andi is outside I normally put some cold water bottles/ice blocks and things in there for him to lean on. But we don't get too hot here. Occasionally 100-105. <br><br>For litter box training try putting some bedding or stuff in there and then some timothy hay in it or in a hay rack right by it, since they normally like to eat/poop at the same time. xD</span>

    Aww I'm so sorry! :( (hugs)<br><br>To a rabbit, 75 degrees could feel like 85 degrees. That's getting warm. I used to keep my rabbits outside. I was able to keep them cool on hot days. I did bring them in once when it got about 95-100 degrees. That was crazy and I was afraid I'd lose them!<br><br>I have all four of my bunnies inside. A good way to start litter box training is having a few litter boxes in the cage. Then over time take the ones he uses the least out. Some rabbits take to it really fast, some it take longer. Is he neutered?

    Aw, Im sorry =( We give our bunnies frozen water bottles too.<br><br>We tried to litter box train Clover xD But, when we let her run around the house, she just ran into her cage and never used the litter box. At least she kept in her cage though =P<br><br>Good luck with him inside =D My bunnies are inside/outside rabbits. xD THey stay outside when it's nice out, inside when its too cold/hot.

    i had a BIIIG bunny named Clover last year.... i have VERY bad luck with Rabbits and heatstrokes... that was my 3rd one is two years >.> *dies* and nah. Flame isnt neutered. He's a big studly fella xD
