It might sound boring to you but Gardening is actually really fun! :D
I started growing some stuff indoors and I'll transplant it later once it's warmer outside. Here's some of the stuff that's growing!

These are from last Monday or Tuesday. The very bottom right one is a "Control" which is nothing but the soil to see what weeds come up so I can compare it to the rest of the soil pots.
<img src="http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j117/CoolBozPup14/2009/Garden/PrePotted2/P5056789.jpg"; alt="http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j117/CoolBozPup14/2009/Garden/PrePotted2/P5056789.jpg"; class="bb-image" />

My poor Sunflowers, which the remaining 4 have been moved to bigger pots.
<img src="http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j117/CoolBozPup14/2009/Garden/PrePotted2/P5056790.jpg"; alt="http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j117/CoolBozPup14/2009/Garden/PrePotted2/P5056790.jpg"; class="bb-image" />

I actually moved them into towel paper tubes cut in half first, then I moved them to bigger pots. Also some cucumber there. :P
<img src="http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j117/CoolBozPup14/2009/Garden/PrePotted2/P5056792.jpg"; alt="http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j117/CoolBozPup14/2009/Garden/PrePotted2/P5056792.jpg"; class="bb-image" />

Sunflowers and some newly planted Parsley!
<img src="http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j117/CoolBozPup14/2009/Garden/PrePotted2/P5056794.jpg"; alt="http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j117/CoolBozPup14/2009/Garden/PrePotted2/P5056794.jpg"; class="bb-image" />

I'll post newer pictures later. Some of the "newly" planted stuff is starting to come up and the sunflowers are growing big and strong! And some of the Parsley I planted a month ago (which is not in the pictures above) is coming up!

It's really exciting seeing all your little seeds grow to seedlings and beyond! :D

Oh and all of my stuff I'm planting is stuff the rabbits can eat. XD The cucumbers and Kohlrabi are actually my dads though (but thought I'd try pre-growing some). The sunflowers are more for my gerbils. Yay for home-grown sunflower seeds! :D
Please PM if I win.

  • xDD
I got three flowers; Nasturtiums, Asters and Sunflowers. All are okay for rabbits to eat so that's why I have them. ;P

If you have room, plant some sunflowers. They are fun to grow! Though I've never grown them before (this is my first year gardening) but so far they are fun! xD
    Please PM if I win.

  • Ooh! I used to garden a lot. Then I gave up because pedestrians seem to think our yard is a trash bin. :/ But I grew a few cucumbers and some squash. c: It was fun.
