YOU MUST READ THEM. okay, so there's this 16 year old girl, her name is Katniss, and she offers to take her sister's place in the hunger games, which is an event in which 24 kids (ages 12 to 18 a boy and a girl from each district, a district beinwhat the united states has been split up into in the future) have to kill each other. There can only be one winner, so Katniss has to go into this arena against e 23 other kids, INLCUDING the boy from her district, who secretly loves her.
