Spotted Hyenas breeding age

I just saw this Spotted Hyena who is like 13 years old and too old to breed. His average lifespan is 25 years! They should be able to breed until like 20 years or something. What is it going to do for 12 years. :(

    No matter how long the breed lives, I think breeding ages should be kept as they are. Switching them up would make things more confusing and give some breeds a better chance at achieving 10x4 stars over others. Hyenas can event for those extra years! ;)

    Just a question. <br>but what good is a dog that can't breed fo like 12 years of it's life. yah i see where you say event it but what do you do with the dog after the event? you can't breed it. and not many people will buy it. do you just event till it's dead? i just think that is kida stupid.

    <br><br>Actually eventing gives you money,<br>-depending on what place you come in-<br>that's 12 years worth of money that you could have.<br>And most people auction off dogs<br>who have reached regional or higher in the competition level.<br>So yes, people do buy them.
