Snail Mail

Okay, so I had to use snail mail this time for my other account upgrade.<br>How long does it usually take for it to upgrade using snail mail?<br>It's been about 3 buissness days...so far.

    depends where you are, love. If you're in the US, it shouldnt take longer than, I'll say... a month? but Canada, the UK, Australia, and anywhere else generally take quite a while.

    I'd give it a week at the most from any location in the US to Tx, then maybe another week for the mail to get sorted through. When I used to upgrade via money order it always took at least 10 days from the time the mail ran until it was actually upgraded. I'd recommend sending it certified, and that way you know it did/didn't get delivered.
    It's just life. You'll get over it.

    I've had them in 3 days (mailed before morning pick up) and as long as 20 days.<br><br>I know a lot about the USPS sense I've had half of my family be employed in it. Depending on where you mailed it from it can take more or less time. If you mailed it from your house box, it may sit in your local office until the next day. If you mailed it after pick up (when mail leave a smaller office and goes to a larger one) then it can sit in the sorting room for another day. <br><br>Then there is Nef's side, that does this in some what of a reverse order, and then she has to pick it up. Also consider that yours is not the only VP mail she gets on any given day, then she has to go through all of that, plus all of the paypal orders for VHR and VP (I'm not sure if she does it for the other two games as well seeing as I don't play them).<br><br><br>Its a miracle any of this gets done at all!

    yeah, i've also sent off a money order and gotten the product i ordered w/in 3 days from tx through ebay, but i generally distrust mailing things b/c there's too much room for human error. one time i sent a ton of childhood pics to my brother to make a calendar for my parents for christmas (didn't feel like scanning all the pictures) and didn't send it w/a tracking number, and of course the package got lost in space. paypal is so cut and dry, payment is instant. i signed up w/my bank account but now i use pre-paid cards to actually buy things-it really limits the spending and reduces impulse buying lol.
    It's just life. You'll get over it.

    I live roughly about 6,000 miles or so from Texas.<br><br>And I would have used paypal, <br>but, it wouldn't allow my boyfriend onto it for some odd reason. :roll:
