R.I.P. Tippy
I'm shocked, depressed, crying, and sad.<br><br>My only firebellied toad, Tippy, died today in the school hours. I came home and he was frozen trying to burry himself. It was so sad! It was litterally like lookint at a picture of him digging a hole and just barely sticking his head in. I made noise and flipped him over, but (I'm crying so bad writing this) he was stiff, didn't move.<br><br>I am NOT an emotional person, rarely <span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-weight:bold">EVER</span></span> cry in front of myself, let alone anyone else. But I ran into the kitchen and said:<br>"Mom-hyperventilate-my frog-breathe-he's-" cry and sob "not alive and-breathe in- I killed him!!!"<br><br>He just got new meal worms and was about to get his female frog and I was re-arranging the cage over a period of time. The water was out but I sprayed the cage down with water very good for moisture twice while the new water was de-chlorinating. I need Zoe!!!(I MIGHT try fire-bellied newts next. maybe not.)
