Layout Opinion/pricing...

I have just made this layout for myself. The coding is simple but I was wanting some advice on what I could improve. Also, would anyone be interested in a layout like this? if so how much do you think I should sell them for? i actually really like it..... maybe like 200k or so? I'm not the best at pricing either so....don't necessarily listen to me on that

I LOVE it. I'd pay 500k+ for one. xD Buuut, maybe set a minimum fee and let the commissioner send for whatever after? Lots of the time people will pay over the minimal price.

I personally think it loks too simple, so somewhere between 100-250k is what I'd pay for it.
