Depending what program you have, it's all pretty much the same as making them on Paint except the quality is a little higher.. <br>Copy the picture and press paste in a new document.. resize it to your needs, select the whole picture and press Ctrl+E on the background picture, take the eraser tool when the selection is still "hovering" (when there's a box of moving lines around it) and erase what parts of the pic you don't want. You can change the hardness of the eraser, I usually use around 70-80 for shorthaired dogs and 50-70 for long haired dogs. Try that for now and see if it works.

Blending is usually a feature of programs that you buy, like Paint Shop, PSP, although you can download GIMP for free. I would suggest trying that instead.. if you're allowed.

<span style="font-size:75">I would suggest download GIMP 2.6 :]<br>It's super easy in my opinion and everything is pretty straightforward on it.<br>You would just need to play around on your free time and get yourself<br>familiar with it all. :]</span>
