I don't see what's so confusing. If I say "No edits" I mean, no edits. That does not mean I'll redo your entire picture for you on your whim. I'm sorry, but in my book, that really does count as an EDIT. Showing the lineart so you can pick it apart and make me fix it also counts as an edit, I am sorry to inform you.<br><br>Also, when I put a price down, it means I want that much to be paid for that specific service. That does not mean you get to decide whether or not you'll actually PAY that much, once my service is complete. It does not mean you can just go "Oh, I'll just pay half, because it's not exactly what I wanted." or "Actually, I won't pay at all." That's considered scamming. It's rude, it's inconsiderate, and to be honest, it makes you look stupid.<br><br>Also, examples. Examples are examples. Things not listed are not examples. Things that are not examples should not be held in account for your expectations. If I say "Okay, this is an example." then you should expect something similar, if you've chosen the same style as that example. However, if I post a really cool picture done for me personally, with inspiration, that took a few days to do, in a thread SEPARATE from my service thread, and thus, my examples, it really does you no good to look at that and set your heart and soul on it, because there's a good chance that you won't get it.<br><br>Also, puppies are disproportionate.<br><br>There is nothing elegant about puppies.<br><br>Welcome to reality.

    I agree, rules are there for a reason just like you had said. If I were you I'd make a list of whoever doesnt follow your rules and simply not serve them. That's probably what you do isn't it? I admire your work often Kaz and for someone to make you work hard on something then turn around and not pay for it is unacceptable (sp?). I also have thought a great deal about your method for getting the payments and imagine it works effectively. Just my two cents.

    I haven't had problems with more than a few people, and I'm amazingly forgiving, so I end up doing art for them even if I've told myself I won't. >< I believe in second chances, but once they've messed up that second chance, it's gone.<br><br>And my method works great in theory. xD When I actually -remember- to make them send the contract beforehand.

    It sounds to me the person is expecting you to be a different artist then yourself... You are NOT so and so you are Kyt your art is unique... and they shouldn't expect it to look like such and suchs.<br><br>I totally lost my train of thought there <.<
