I am working on a line of Belgian Laekenois. I would need all the puppies I'll be getting, so how many people would buy them? I would also like to know how you would pay for them. Thanks for reading. :.:MustangBoy615:.:

We can't determine how much to pay for them without more information. I'd like to know how the parents are being trained, the lineage, the stars, the natural born stats. All of those matter, to me anyways.

Well, their parents are imports, so the pups will probably be around 1x4s. The parents are being trained 280(100 discipline, 100 working, 80 sport.)/200 without aggression. I don't have the pups yet, so I don't exactly know yet.

If you do a full line of them, you'll be able to sell pups more easily ^^ 2nd gen pups dont go for much (I dont think, anyway) Usually people would rather buy the more higher statted dogs, like 8x4+ And if you're doing a full line, its better to groom the dogs a little while. I usually do my grooming till 11.6.0 females, 12.3.0 males, but you can do it for less than that

Just 200/280 doesnt help build up the stats as much, and I would suggest doing aggro as well

But, that's just my opinion =D Hope it helps

Someone else who sells dogs may be able to help you more than I can, as I dont sell dogs that often.

Well, since they are herding dogs, I don't want them trained in aggression.

Well, personally I would also do aggression to help get the stats up, and when your pleased at the end of your line, then start training them for events. It's what I'd do anyway. I also suggest waiting to sell them too. 2nd generations are good in ways, but are incredibly low statted, so aren't really useful in many ways ... please don't bite my head off, i am only suggestin...

I have an 7x4 Dingo with 4 stars in aggro that does perfectly well in herding. Once you're at the end of your line, train the dogs you're showing in herding with Friendly play, and their aggro drops very quickly.

I second what Nickel says. =3 I have a ton of dogs with x4 in aggro that do amazingly in herding. I'd buy a 6x4+, but not much lower than that. ^^

I would also recommend that instead of selling your low statted early generation pups, why not release them? That way your bloodlines aren't being spread all over the place

It will make the end result more unique.
