• If you're into ghost stories Heat Shaped Box by Joe Hill is amazing. Well, I thought it was anyway. My other friend refused to finish it. But shes just another 'I only like vampire love stories since Twilight came out' person.

  • Impulse, Crank, Burned, Glass (by Ellen Hopkins)

Those are for a little more mature readers just so you know. They are also written in a different way. It's almost like poetry. I started reading these when I was 15. I just haven't read Glass yet.

The Alice books by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor are good. The first one in the series is Beginning with Alice, I think. As the books go on she gets older. It goes from gradeschool to her in highschool and as you read it gets more mature but I think they are fine since I read them maybe around 11-13.

Warriors by Erin Hunter is a series I love even if its about cats that live in clans in the wild. xD It is below my reading level but I still enjoy them.
^-^

I will have more ideas later after I glance at my collection. xD

If you're into your fantasy novels then I know a few good ones. (These titles I have read over and over.)

The Farseer Trilogy - Robin Hobb
The Liveship Traders Trilogy - Robin Hobb
The Tawny Man Trilogy - Robin Hobb
(The Tawny man is the follow up to the Farseer, but the Liveships kinda links in aswell. But the Liveship isn't essential to read to keep the plot of the others, if you know what I mean? )

The Belgariad - David/Leigh eddings
The Mallorean - David/Leigh Eddings
(These two are both a series of 5 books each and they DO follow on)
The Elenium - David/Leigh Eddings
The Tamuli - David/Leigh Eddings
(These are both a trilogy and follow on from each other)
The Redemption of Althalus - David/Leigh Eddings

Can you tell I have certain favorite authors? lol

Also, if you like animal/fantasy books

The Wolves of Time - Journeys to the heartland - William Horwood
The Wolves of Time - Seekers at the Wulfrock - William Horwood
(These two follow on from each other, I have read these books SO many times I can almost quote entire passages from them. Well worth a read if you like that kind of thing. I read both books in about 2 days)

Ok, thats it. I'll shut up now :)

PS. I have that same red nose rhoesia lol.

I like animal books, so those are practically the only ones I read.

All Creatures Great and Small by James Herriot (all of his books are good)

Marley and Me by John Grogan

Dewey by Vicki Myron

Tahn by L.A.
