I didn't know what to call the title but how would this sound? In order for a dog to be put up for stud they must be fully trained? like 200/280? that would reduce a lot of lower statted poor dogs! Oppinions please?

People play the game for different reasons and the reward for training your dogs is better pups, better eventers, better selling prices. For some, this doesn't interest them in the least, their reward is just having dogs. There's nothing wrong with either of these reasons.<br><br>Also consider if it was required that all dogs to be trained, trainers could charge large sums of money and trained dogs would actually be worth less.
