Help Please??

I lost my case for office student and home, so I don't have the key. I need the key to use it, and office help support is going no wheres, and they want me to pay 50 cause I dont have the key, if you have a way I can get a key, or know the number I can call, that'd be nice. Well I have a number to call, but it says applies 2003, not 07
