I dont really mind if anyone reads this all or not. I just thought I would show off my cats. ^-^

The fluffy ones:

<img src="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Pita/resii.png"; alt="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Pita/resii.png"; class="bb-image" /><img src="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Kali Cat/res.png" alt="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Kali Cat/res.png" class="bb-image" /><img src="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Reno/resi.png"; alt="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Reno/resi.png"; class="bb-image" />

Pita
<img src="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Pita/resii.png"; alt="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Pita/resii.png"; class="bb-image" />

Pita is our first cat that we got back when I was around ten years old. She is a tuxedo cat. I think she is the largest one. I don't know if it's her fluff (she has the most fur) or if she is just fat. Rofl. My dad named her and he meant it as Pain In The Ass=Pita. I liked the name but I considered it Pita as in the bread. Those are so good for sandwiches!

She is defintely the crabbiest. I can't even pick her up or hold her without her mewing or growling at me. She wasn't always like that and I just think maybe it was our other cat that cuased her to be a meanie fluff monster.

Anyways, when she was younger the vet told us she had a gum disease that was inherited from one of her parents. We had tried many many medications on her and nothing seemed to get rid of it. Her gums were bright red and sometimes bleeding. Since her mouth hurt, she tended to not groom herself as much and the disease did a number on her fur. So we took her in and she got surgery. She got most of her back teeth taken out.

Now she is doing much better and her gums are a healthy pink color. Her fur is also much shinier. She has also started to beg for treats. Who can deny sparkly kitty eyes?

I don't have as many pictures of her. She runs off at the slightest noise and it's sometimes hard to find her. I think the flash or me just being in her face with a camera would scare her. She's a baby.
<img src="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Pita/DSCN1924-1.png"; alt="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Pita/DSCN1924-1.png"; class="bb-image" />

Kali
<img src="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Kali Cat/re.png" alt="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Kali Cat/re.png" class="bb-image" />

Kali is our second cat. She is a litte tortishell. I was the one who thought of her name. Originally we were looking for a calico for our grandparents. All they had as pets were birds and their recent ones died. We thought a cat might be nice because most are elusive and don't need as much attention and they don't need walks. Well, we couldn't find any calicos but we did find this little girl.

We almost didn't get her, but I whined and whined (I was maybe 12) and eventually we went back and got her. She was then given to my grandparents but she drove them nuts. She would play with your hair while you were sleeping and if you locked her outside she would whine. It was too much for them so we took her. She became our new addition. Pita wasn't too happy with her. I think that's when Pita got grumpy.

Kali and her would chase each other around and tackle and hiss. If I bugged Pita by hold her, she would start whining and Kali would show up to watch Pita. Right when I set Pita down, Kali would shoot off after her. Haha. I can also point at Pita and say "go get her!" and most of the times Kali will listen.

Kali is also the only one of the three cats that comes when I whistle. She also is an escape artist. During the summers she would push the screens out and slip out the window. We find her outside or in the garage a lot. Once she even brought a mouse in the house. It was still alive. That was an interesting morning.

She is also my photoshoot kitty. I love taking pictures of her because she doesn't get mad at me for bugging her. She also makes the weirdest faces sometimes. Oh and that picture above of her in the sink..I didn't put her there. She climbed into the sink herself.

Finally, she is the only one to eat something other than cat food. She likes cheez-its, ice cream, and turkey lunch meat. I break the cheez-its to little peices for her. She doesn't have a lot and she maybe has cheez-its one or two times a year. I know its not heathy for her and I dont giver her enough to make her sick or upset. Then for the ice cream..when I get some for myself, she will sit there and stare at me while I eat it. I let her have the melted ice cream thats left over in the bowl. Not all of it though. She is quite the piggy.

<img src="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Kali Cat/ki.png" alt="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Kali Cat/ki.png" class="bb-image" />

Reno
<img src="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Reno/kitt.png"; alt="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Reno/kitt.png"; class="bb-image" />

Reno is the youngest of the three. Like Kali she is a tortishell. Reno is still a kitten and is about 5-6 months old. We got her in Janurary. My parents are separated. Kai and Pita are with my mom. Reno is with my dad. So Reno hasn't met the other two cats and she probably never will. I have a feeling she would get ganged up on.

We have been looking for a female kitten for awhile with my dad and whatever kittens we found were males or my dad didn't like him. He was being picky. I sat on petfinder one weekend and saw our local shelter got some new kittens in. We checked it out the next day and we all love Reno. Back then she was called Romy by the shelter staff. I was the one who named her.

She was affectionate and rubbed her head violently against our hands. She was also spayed already. Within the week she had gotten an upper respiratory infection. We guessed it was going around the shelter or maybe her sister had it. She looked so pathetic. She sneezed and wheezed. All her playfulness went away.

She got better though and now is the weirdest cat. She will meow and run around the house for no reason. Kali sometimes would do that (except Kali would twitch her fur and lick furiously, then take off running). Reno also enjoys a little toy I picked out for her. A laser pointer! Little thing goes nuts for it. She knows she can never catch it but she will come running with you pick the laser up.

Oh I also call her Reno Casino. I love the rhyming of it. lol. Her eyes are huge and so are her ears. She didn't grow into them yet. So..shes bug-eyed. haha. ^-^

<img src="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Reno/reo.png"; alt="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc278/Skaitie/Reno/reo.png"; class="bb-image" />

So that's it. It's super if you read through all that boring stuff. If not, I at least am happy you looked at the pictures. lol. xD

 • LOL - if you think cats are elusive you would not like my house XD Our kittens are hand raised orphans, there is nothing elusive about them!

 • Beutiful Cats Tarn. :D Tortishell's fur is just the most amazing pattern. I've always wanted a tortishell tabby cat mix. I only have a Tabby, and a raincloud greay-puffball. xD

Old cats are crabby. I had a cat named Ashley, she was a teeny tiny old grandma, she was like 19 or 20 years old. She died last year. :cry: But when I would pick her up she would grrroowwwllll. xD
