Title says it. Opened again! (: I make both the banner and the layout, but if you have a banner then I can make the layout to match. I sometimes make the background image as well, but most of the time I get it from photobucket. Payment; I ask for reasonable payment, but then again, I want to know how much you think they're worth, remembering they are hand-coded, with small help from my best friend notepad

I accept payments from 400k and up. There is no limit for how high you want to go =P
