I don't have time to do critiques, but for now, borders in photoshop.

Select>>Select all
Edit>>modify(I think?)>>add border
Then type in the thickness. I'll double check this later.
Just look around through all the options along the top until you find something about borders, or else look in the index of the program...

But borders is the main thing I can see that would improve your banners. The images are pretty well cut. The text could use some improvement just because it looks.. boring? I'm not sure that makes sense, but look at other people's writing to see how they spice up the text. My only advice for spicing it up is: Download fonts that aren't default on all computers. Dafont.com is a good place for that but there are several others.
Well on my photoshop elements there is a modify. I am pretty sure you have one, look for it. On mine..I have to click the "select" button along the top and then I can go down to modify or something. It takes awhile for my program to open so I dont feel like opening to check
Ok, thanks tarn.

Parker: Thanks for the advice. I'll try harder. xD I've gotten most of my fonts I use from Dafont. I just don't get the right kinds. I'll look for some cooler ones. xD Thanks.
