I wasnt sure if this goes in the Question/Support section or not. Because its not exactly VP related. It just happens that Im using it for VP. :D<br><br>Anyway. Im trying to upload my banners so I can have an animated banner, but the site, (UzziSoft) has a limit of 40kbs per image.<br>Some of mine are over, like, 55kb, 93kb etc. (theres even a few in the 100's & 200's :wink: )<br><br>Is it possible I can reduce the amount? If so, how?

    An animated banner?<br><br>Uzzisoft only provides random banner rotations, not animations (like my puppies).<br><br>If you want them animated (like my RAWR!), I can do that for you.

    Hmm. I did mean refreshing. I didnt know there was a difference to be honest. <br>But like your puppy one, how when you refresh it, it changes ...

    I used Uzzisoft to make my banner change whenever its refreshed.<br><br>How large are your images? That could do it, and also, what are they saved as?

    Thats why I want to know if I can resize them. UzziSoft says the limit is 40kb. The banners I want to load are;<br><span style="font-style:italic">55.6kb</span> - <span style="font-weight:bold">93.6 - 204 - 186 - 164 - 122 - 133 - 107 - 126 - 151</span> - <span style="text-decoration:underline">43.2 </span>- <span style="font-weight:bold">70.2kb.</span><br><br>The ones in bold are .png's, the ones in italic are .gif and the underlined are .jpg.

    <br><br>Are the Gifs animated? And are those the size in Kbs? What size are they in pixels?

    <br><br>I believe that the size in pixels is the problem... as they are all fairly large banners. <br><br>Maybe try making them smaller? Like, instead of having 500x150 pixels, maybe make them 166x50? I don't know, but I'm pretty sure thats what it is. I know you can't same them as a file type that will cut down the size that much. So... thats all I can say. Uzzisoft isn't meant for huge images.

    <br><br>Oh okay then. Ive seen a few other people on here have banners that change, and they are a good size. Doesnt matter. Ill play around with the sizes on PhotoShop and see if I can get the size under 40kb. Thanks for your help though. :D
