I'm reopening my banner service again.<br><br>RULES<br>- You must provide me with pictures, please.<br>Make sure they are clear, noncopyrighted, and large enough to cut without resizing.<br>I will only use copyrighted photos if you have permission to use them!<br>- You must not rush me. These take a good 2 hours to build and I'm not always on the computer to play.<br>- Please be as specific as you can about how you want it.
