<span style="font-size:92">I know I did make a post for this a while back, but I don't feel like digging through posts to find it. My GIMP skills are crap unless the banner is pretty simple. I really am too lazy to take a lot of time on banners or learn how to do more things on GIMP. If you want more than one picture in your banner, get one from someone else. Because I can't cut things out at all. But, I can make a banner look good if I try usually. xD I get ALL my pictures from Corbis or Flickr unless stated otherwise.
