Lulz, I miss the old Looney Toons. I wanted to watch that New Years Marathon so bad, but people were cleaning downstairs and I didn't wanna sit around there doing nothing xD. Oh, "miser" means "a person who lives in wretched circumstances in order to save and hoard money." Remember that episode where Daffy was randomly traveling underground with Bugs and they were in a desert and they went into that cave of treasures and hilarity ensues then at the end Daffy was describing him and his wealth but he was tiny and in a clam hugging the pearl and he said that and...yeah. Anyways, randomized sig, I love them, refresh for new strip, but there's only like, 10 that I like enough to put there xD.

Yup. I'm interested in animation, I watch them and I think of how they could've done everything better. Mind you, even movies with special animation effects I watch, and I can give an entire list on how to make it better.

OMG, don't get me started on SK 3-D. It was just... too unrealistic. They bit off more than they could chew. I think the only movie where I though the CG was great was The Golden Compass. THe movie sucked, but the CG Daemons were... breath taking.

xDDD I hate that, I don't like watching kids movies anyway 'cause sometimes the kids are poo actors. I really liked Monsters Inc. I thought the movement of everything was awesome in there. I kinda liked the movie, I'd rather read the book, though. They were, I was a little bugged by the Polar Bear fight, though, Polar Bears can fight faster than that xD.

Slow-mo, makes it more dramatic (Apparently :roll: ) In GC, they left out too much. They forgot the end (Really? How can you forget that?!?!). I love Monsters Inc. I also like Shrek, I thought they did a good job there too. You know what really ruins a good movie/scene? Noticing all the things wrong with the CG special effects. It takes my attention, and I can't look away from in. Like, in Home on the Range, when they were swimming, the water animation style didn't match the charactors animation style. Its like they animated them seperatly, and then put them one top of each other.

(Our quote box was getting huge xD) I don't think slow-mo makes it more dramatic, in some scenes it's okay, but in a fight scene it just makes it look boring xD. I don't think they forgot it, I think they purposefully left it out, they were planning on making sequels but there was too much controversy. Yes yes, Shrek is good x3. I knoooowww, like I wonder if they think no one will notice xDDD.

I don't think it makes it more dramatic, which is why I virtually rolled my eyes ( :roll: ) I agree, our quote box was getting huge, and we've also hi-jacked your thread. I know the controversy behind the Golden Compass, my grandma's church actually said not to let your children/grandchildren read the book or see the movie. I read the book, sure, I can see how some people can take it that way, but honestly? I read books as they are, just becuase they are conspiring against someone in the book (Did I phrase that right?), doesn't mean that its happening in real life. I read books as they are. Shoot, if there was a charactor in a book I read by my same name (Which is highly unlikely), and someone was plotting against me, I wouldn't deem this "offensive". Even if they plotted against my group, its a book. Artistic liscense and that stuff. (The end was like, "BAM!" in the book, I wanted to see how they did it in the movie) Though, if I was an author (which i also aspire to be, along with animator and special effects technician), and someone made my book into a movie, if they did a crap job, they would feel my wrath. They better not leave any charactor out (BTW, when they make Brisingr into a movie, they are gonna be sooooooooooo screwed.), or they can kiss their sorry behinds goodbye. (Plus, they better have Orlando Bloom cast as one of the main charactors, because I will create a charactor especially for him.

) Anyways, ya. I bet they thought that, becuase otherwise, how could they have done it? I mean, it was so... blech. Layoring works in things like.... Looney Toons, because its old anyways (and that was the only thing then), and people have learned to overlooks that with the amusing things the charactors do (at least I have, though sometimes it bothers me). And the Mario games, same thing. Mario can jump so high, and those nasty goombas and turtle things keep your mind pre-occupied. (Plus he has mad skills, along with Yoshi and Luigi).
