Work!

ok my place of work is seriously taking the michael now.<br><br>We have shifts due to it being a riding stables. Unfortunalty I live 3/4 hour drive away, so to get there on time and sort my animals out beforehand I get up at 5.15am to get there at 7am. <br><br>This I don't mind, it's part of the job, but just lately my "boss" has taken the piss. Last week I was off ill (had some bug) so I text her asking what shift I was on the next day. She said early, so I got there at 7. I looked at the rota and found that my "supervisor" (The Boss's best friend) SHOULD have done the early. I later found out that she couldn't be bothered and so asked my Boss to make me do it. I wasn't happy.<br><br>Then, yesterday, I was rotered down to do the early. So I gets there and one of my collegues are already there. Apparantly my "boss" had asked her to swap shifts but somebody failed to tell me, so I got there needlessly.<br>THEN my boss tried to say I DIDN'T work that extra hour and quibbled about paying me. I was FUMING.<br><br>Trust me guys. Animal care is NOT all it's cracked up to be. Trust me, I've worked in that field all my working life. You will never be appreciated and you'll always be overworked.<br><br>Anyway, it just made me feel better to get this out. No comments ness
