Labrador owners COME! =D

I'm basically a labrador freak since I started owning one. His name is Chewie and we found him at one year (old) with two broken legs (we're guessing car hit him) and he was starving. We looked for his owner but no one replied. I'm guessing he originally came from a breeder because he's a fine dog :] I love him to death and am still training him. He's absolutely wild. My arms get covered in bruises because of his biting habit but I'm trying to get him out of it x.x Hope you enjoy the pictures and please post some information or some photos of your lab(s)

I have a lab/pyrenees mix. Her name is Sox. I got and named her when I was about 5/6. :] I actually got her at the rodeo. o_O There we're these people selling chili, and they had 2 lab/pyrenees mixed puppies. Me being me, I had to start playing with them. Turns out they were for sale, and someone had already said they would buy my puppy. I cried, because it was a love at first sight type thing, and I was like 5. xD We came back later and the people decided to take the other one or not get either of them, I cant remember. I was like, 'Mommy, Daddy pwease? I'll love her and feed her and play with her.' 'I dont know...' 'But, Dadddy, shes in my heart.' I was a total Daddys girl when I was little, and after I said that he had to buy her x] Shes my bestest fran now.

I have a female black lab named Jasmine. By brother's girlfriend's dad gave her to us. The parents are both show dogs, and you can tell! It runs in the blood.

I have a yellow english lab, male, nine year old Ryile and a yellowlab/gold mix, male, 11 year old Jake. And just a short while ago my Female 11 year old White English lab Sissy/chloe passed away.

my dog's best friends are labs. (golden and chocolate) BTW, your dog could make a good show dog, but I THINK (not sure) that the spotted tongue (sooo cute) would bring down points....

Hmm, yeah well the spots have somewhat disappeared. It's almost like just when he gets really exhausted they turn up again. Last time it was mainly toward the back of his tongue. I heard spots on the tongue can sometimes mean cancer. You don't think it's that, do you? :shock:

Sometimes dogs might have black spots on thier tounges, but, it doesn't mean they have chow in them, it's genetics in some breeds.
