Something's Wrong...

edited January 2009 in Vent
My stomach(lower stomach) was hurting on Monday right where my female parts inside are. I have not started puberty yet, so yah... It has been hurting all week and I'm not shure what's wrong.. if I'm starting or what. I thought it would be more noticable? I'm actually scareded. xD Heelp.

 • It could be just that you may get your, er, monthly female issue soon :) That's mostly what it feels like when about a week or two before I have mine.

 • Ok, well, I'm being extremely late on mine and haven't started yet. Most girls start at twelve, and almost all my classmates have started it, I just have other things to do than that I guess. Imma try motrin. Mom said that if it helps, I'm about to start.

Take ibuprofen (sp?) That helps a TON ;)

I can't take ibuprofen anymore because I broke out in.. err... hives once -.- So now all I can take is tylenol... sometimes motrin? I think.

 • Actually, it's different for everyone, I started at 12 but I know several people who've started as young as 10 or as old as 15-16. But I would take some motrin, it should help.

 • I didn't start mine until I was 14. My younger sister (by almost three years) started her before I started mine. So it's very individual. It's also dependant on what kind of shape you're in, how much body fat you have and how active you are.

 • I'm normal/almost skinny and very active. Does that mean something? I'm trying to get an estimate so I'll be prepared. I know it's quite individual.... but...?

 • It also feels like my ribs are bruised, my muscles are sore and my female parts on the sides feel like they are being pulled to the core. xD I'm so complaintive.

 • If you don't have any... results in about a week, or if it gets much worse, you should go see your doctor. Right now everything seems pretty typical, but its always good to be on the safe side.

-Rosy

 • dont worry about it. I started at 14. But my whole mother side of the family started late. I didnt have stomache pains til a few days before. And like they said.. everyone is different. My first friend doesnt feel ANY symptoms.. i only get cramps on the first day and my other friend threatens to kill herself all week.
