html code that will change text for entire layout

i'm trying to find code that will change the entire text of a layout to small caps. for vp, this would include the fine k9s section. can anyone help?

    <span style="font-size:92">You would have to use CSS instead of HTML to make it change the text on everything, and even then you'd still have multiple tags because of the way VP is set up.</span>

    just change it to a font that's all caps, like copperplate gothic bold.

    yeah but small caps just look way more polished. and i hate the size and font of the text in the fine k9s section ro lol. <br><br>and boz, that def. sucks. :cry:
