wtf is going on with chat?

I cant connect at all. Anyone else having this problem, or is it just me? It keeps saying the connection timed out -_-

    i have the same problem. i was on it through vhr. i cant even get vhr to load for me yet i can get the other orbis games to load :\ hope its not something i did that messed up my computer
