[Breed Population Decrease] Starts Again
<span style="font-size:75">Well.. a few months ago.. quite a few months ago, <br>me and Horse and Sandy started this program...<br>which is what a lot of other VPians are doing already. 
<br><br><br><span style="font-weight:bold">About</span><br>Pretty much you just buy cheap dogs or rescue them, neuter, release/retire, and you're done and go onto more.<br><br>We need to do this, as VP is very over-populated with a lot of breeds such as Golden Retrievers, Huskies, Mutts, etc.<br><br>So, let's start it back up again!<br><br><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-weight:bold">Donating</span></span><br>Donations are very much needed.
