i know this isn't happening, i'm just saying... but it would be awesome if there was an 18+ section on the forums for the older VP players. i love playing this game, but all the g ratedness is nauseating at times. i guess it's why some of the players use other methods to communicate.

Definately would be nice. In the beginning i think it started off as more of a -child- related game but now alot of people 16+ and even 18+ have become a part of this and i think it would be nice to have.

I think that would be nice. I am 2 yrs. shy of that but I think it would be a good idea. Many other forums do have an 18+ section.

My opinion on this would be... If your not over 18 and you choose to go into the section, you are at your own risk... Nef would not be responcible because You violated the terms. If you see something you dont like you can always leave. So i see no problem with it.

Doubt this would ever happen. ;] The game is made for people of all ages as is the forum. Same rules apply everywhere. Plus like someone said. You have no way to prove someone is over the age of 18. Nef could most likely get in trouble if something was being talked about on the 18+ section and a minor was accepted into the group.

I sorta agree w/ zoe, but not completly. Instead of a 18plus section, think you should have a section where the stuff could be posted, but with a warning saying by going in you give up all rights to get Nef in trouble. Any age could go in, but they would be warned.... *otherwise doggeh would be left out*

lol she would run into so many problems if there was just a warning stating enter at your own risk. like many other sites, age verification could be done by credit card info. i'm not saying i think vp should have an 18+ section, i just think it would be cool if there was one.

dogcot, i see your point. but still, if someone underage went into forums intended for adults, their poor virgin ears could be corrupted, regardless of who should be held accountable for content/viewing of said content. and then their mommy would call nef wanting an explanation as to why her 8 year old was expected to read tos and abide by it. i doubt any good would come from a situation like that. i think if someone took it upon themselves to create a forum that wasn't affiliated w/the official site, that may work. something like... 'forum for people who are really too old to be playing virtual games' forum. smeh heh. b/c honestly, even though this is a dog game, look at all the people that met on vp, but truly consider each other to be good friends. i have a friend or two on here that i talk to on a daily basis, and only about 5% of our conversations are even about vp. i guess i'm just thinking about it b/c i went into chat for the first time a few days ago, and was blown away by the amount of babysitting the ops do. the fact that they can actually tell people 'don't say that', 'don't comment on this', 'eat your green beans'. i know they have to b/c vp has such a wide age range, but whoaaa. just discussing in general, that's all.

Yeah, I think that creating it on another site, and then the link spreading by word of mouth, no actual link from VP would work best for everyone. Very interesting concept, I'm curious to see how well it will/would work. -Rosy

lmao kazuko i agree w/you, on xbox the youngest kids have the dirtiest mouths 99% of the time. but since whoever that was brought up legalities, from a legal standpoint an 8 years old wouldn't be expected to read, understand, and apply something like terms of service.

Had nothing to do with anything, but I just thought that was funny. lol I agree with Nutty though. It would be nice to have a 18+ section but there's just too many if's.. I'd had for VP to get shut down or something over something like that.. I'd die. :P Maybe we should make our own seperate forum? Are you allowed to do that?
