Housetraining A Chihuahua

I have a Chihuahua puppy and I can't seem to housetrain her. I put her in a crate just big enough for her to stand up and turn around in and take her outside every hour or 30 minutes after she eats, takes a nap, and after hard play. It just doesn't seem to be working.

    Take her out 15 mins after eating.Stat up for 24/7 for one or two nights and she should be potty trained.That's how my dog was :]

    When my Emily was learning, she went out every 15 minutes no matter what.
