Okay guys, a little help?

Okay, so everytime I try to get on chat my net closes. Like, any/every page I have up just shuts down. Automatically closes out. I click the Chat button and its like BAM! Where'd my internet go? o.O Is this happening to anyone else? And anyone know what might stop it and get chat working for me again? ._.

The internet dissapears on me.So i am like chatting away and i go to see whats happning on the internet.And it's like bam gone.Well wish i could help sorry.
