Earning money (real life)

Alrighty then, I have been searching for a new Dachshund puppy forever. I have finally found her. She looks a lot like our Dachshund Nickson except she is all black and only 4 months old or so. Only problem is, she is in Iowa and the shipping is $275. And she is already $400. So, my mom fell in love with her too but we don't have almost $700 to spend on a dog. How can I earn even $400 within a reasonable amount f time? ( Yes yes babysitting and dog walking, I do that already.) i don't know if we can give our ages but im over 11 and under 14. So...yeah. Any help is appreciated.

    thanks horse. sadly all our grass is now brown, unless I want to mow brown grass. How pretty. I must wait for snow. Darn.

    You can offer to babysit every other night for different people for a few hours every night for $20 a night. That would get you almost $100.00 per week. Most couples like to go out together but never do because of their children. :D

    If you cannot get $700 the maybe you shouldn't get a dog right now. Dogs can be expensive, shots, food, crates, spaying, and if the dog has medical problems then that can cost upwards of a thousand. I am not trying to sound mean but another dog may not be a good idea for your family.

    Thanks everyone. My family is prepared to pay for the dogs expenses, but I have to buy the dog.<br>-edit- The dog is also already microchipped and has all the shots it needs at the moment
