I don't know if this has been suggested before,<br>but i think that on the sign up page there should be a quiz over the Terms of Service,<br>This may prevent a lot of problems<br><br>please post feedback<br><br>--Pride

    It was tried with VHR for a long while and didn't work the way they thought it would. Rule breakers still broke rules and the quiz turned away a lot of possible revenue since join rates decreased dramatically.
