Which one's better?

Maybe, as a compromise, have them both in a moving banner, so it looks like it's flashing? But I kinda like the second one more. Which probably doesn't help your decision at all. XD

Humm. I like the first one better I think. The second is too bright maybe? Or perhaps my eyes are just exhausted.
