Coloring critique?

I am completely stuck on what to do next in this coloring. I did the hair,a nd am quite happy with it so far (I know, it's splotty), but, I have no idea what to do past this. Skin is always tricky. It will look orange, dirty, ect. I have problems with skin all the time. I see what you mean about the rest though. The shading and highlights in the folds are hard. I have major difficulties and just guess. If you take art you can ask your teacher to show you where shadows would be. I am thinking of doing that with the next art coloring I do. As for the eyes, I offered to show you the tutorial. And I was bored so I did the eye. It took maybe 5min. or less. Try making a new layer for the skin. Even if you go over the lines or whatever, you can erase it and not have to worry about messing up the hair.
